• Employee training programs on health and safety protocols.
• Guests and employees will need to wear face covers.
• Guests are required to reveal face prior to entry.
• Gloves will be worn by employees who require them to do their jobs.
• Implementing the 6-foot distancing policies throughout our facility with floor guides and signs to assist guests.
• A new slot machine layout to assist with social distancing.
• Slot machines and high-touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly throughout the day and deep cleaned during closed hours.
• Additional hand sanitizer dispensers are available at entrances and high-traffic contact areas.
• We have secured the services of ODM Madison to apply Zoono Microbe Shield, a surface sanitizer lasting up to 30 days.

Face masks for our guests are encouraged, but not mandatory.

No - All Ho-Chunk Gaming facilities have reopened as non-smoking environments. HCG Nekoosa has a designated smoking area outside the facility. You will not have to stand in line or get your temperature taken to re-enter from the smoking area.

The Swiftwater Lounge is open daily serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Currently we have 400 machines online available for play. More will become available as we progress with our floor re-configuration project.

We regret to announce the Table Games will be closed indefinitely.

Pizza, burgers, hot dogs and snacks are available daily at the Swiftwater Lounge.

REWARDS CLUB MEMBERSHIP RULES

Members must be 21 or older and present proper ID when applying.
It is the responsibility of the cardholder to report any club card problems to a Player Registration representative or Slot Technician.
It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the card into the card reader, and to make certain your name registers. Table game players must present their card to the Pit or Floor person.
Valid ID is required when redeeming.
Rewards club cards are non-transferrable.
Rewards club benefits are reserved for active members only. Accounts with no activity in the past 13 months are deleted and all points are forfeited.
All cards are property of the casino/bingo hall and must be returned upon request.
Misuse of cards will result in cancellation of club membership and forfeiture of all points.
Member use of the Rewards club card indicates acceptance of club conditions and rules.
Each casino/bingo hall reserves the right to change or alter this promotion at any time.
Each casino/bingo hall is not responsible for lost cards, or loss of slot points due to machine malfunction.
All adjustments are at the discretion of management.

Our self exclusion program allows guests to exclude themselves from any Ho-Chunk Gaming facility for a minimum of 12 months. To self exclude you will need to download and fill out our self exclusion form and deliver to any Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin location.
