 These sites are available in sunny, semi-shaded and shaded areas. Seasonal Sites include: 30 – 50 amp electric, water, sewer, and one electrical pole. Electricity is not included in your site fee. All seasonal sites are metered and billed for their actual usage. Sewer hookups are connected by a full property septic system, so there are no waste water limits or pump out requirements.
Some sites are closer to bathhouses than others. Other sites are close to playgrounds. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring.
Our resort provides a wide variety of amenities including a heated pool, play grounds, volleyball court, game room, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard area, and paddle boat and canoe rentals. 2011 SEASONAL RATES
Annual seasonal rates is $1,470, plus tax. Seasonal Rates are based upon a family of 2 adults and unmarried children to the age of 18. Seasonal Guest Fees are $2.00 per person per day and $5.00 per person for overnight. You may purchase a seasonal guest pass for $95.00 per camping season for a specified family member.
Payment schedule for the April 15th-Oct.15th camping season is:
- October 15th preceding the camping season - $400.00
- January 15th - $383.62
- February 15th - $383.62
- March 15th - $383.62
Seasonal sites are pro-rated after April 15th.
Roads are plowed in the winter for seasonal campers who enjoy winter sports such as snow shoe & skiing.
Winter storage available for boats, golf carts, snowmobiles, and trailers.
